A: I train clients at both CityFitness and Simplicity Fitness in Lower Hutt, using quality equipment in a supportive environment.

A: Most clients start with 1–2 sessions per week. We’ll choose a schedule that suits your goals and lifestyle.
Q: Do you offer online coaching?
A: Yes — if you prefer training on your own schedule, my online coaching option gives you structure, accountability, and support from anywhere.
